- The free preview is a proposal for your homepage. Once you say yes, 2 rounds of changes are included. A second proposal from scratch costs 150 €, deducted from the price if you go ahead.
- Once we have your link and materials, the preview arrives within 3 working days. After approval, payment and access to your domain, your website goes live within 7 working days. Major changes may affect the timing.
- If you already use a booking system, the “Book” button links to it. Forms and calendars built into the website are quoted separately.
- We check your website on phones, tablets and computers, in up-to-date Chrome, Safari, Firefox and Edge.
- To get started, all we need is the link to your website or social media page. Your logo, photos and current copy help; if they're missing, we start from what's online.
- An additional language includes translation, adaptation and adding the copy to your website. For longer texts, we send you a quote.
- One change per month means up to 30 minutes of work: copy, opening hours, photos, prices. Unused changes don't carry over.
- If you don't renew annual care, we hand over your website files and the domain stays yours.

Is the preview really free?
Yes. It's a proposal for your homepage, built from what you already have online. If it doesn't convince you, you pay nothing and we delete it.
What does the 490 € website include?

How many changes can I ask for?

Can the website handle bookings or online sales?

Do the social media packages include advertising?
No. Ad budget and ad management are not included: if you need them, we quote them separately.
Are the photos real?
Yes. We take them on location and only retouch light, colour and perspective. We never add anything that isn't there.
What do I get with the UX audit?
A PDF report covering up to 5 pages, with the issues we found and the fixes in order of priority, plus a 45-minute call to walk you through them.
Do you only work in Italian?
No: Italian, English and German, for websites, social media, copy and reports.

How do I pay?
You pay for the website after you've seen and approved it, before it goes live. Social media packages are paid at the start of each month, photography and the UX audit when you confirm them. We issue a proper invoice.
